Joe Fedger's Debut EP Takes Flight

JOE FEDGER'S MUSICAL METAMORPHOSIS

Joe Fedger, navigating the setbacks of a tone-deaf label, has transformed himself into a singer-songwriter, presenting a fusion of strong rhythmic structures and simple, tasty melodies in his debut album, "Close to You," available in February 2024 on 150+ streaming and download services around the world.

" I grew up immersed in the world of English and American rock music. I've been, and still am, a huge fan of iconic bands like Queen, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, The Police and Rush — you name it. My dream back then? To be a musician, part of a band that echoed the greatness of those legendary groups I admired.

However, reality had its own soundtrack. As a teenager, I was hit with the label of being tone-deaf. On top of that, my wallet couldn't quite handle the cost of buying an instrument. So, while my friends gathered to jam with their guitars (It was as if everyone had exclusively signed up for the six-string brigade), I found myself just observing, itching to be a part of the musical action.

Then came the turning point. Frustrated with my spectator role, I grabbed a couple of wooden sticks and unleashed my musical ambitions on empty cardboard boxes and plastic buckets. Little did I know that those makeshift drums would become the heartbeat of my musical journey."

Joe Fedger is currently immersed in crafting his next releases, promising a steady stream of new tracks throughout the year. Adding an intriguing twist to his repertoire, Joe is also working on an enthralling sequence of tracks that will serve as the musical backdrop for a captivating crime story, cleverly told through music clips.
